RT-LAB電力工程模擬器（簡稱RT-LAB EES）是一個PC-based，內含電力系統的完全數位式的即時瞬間模擬器，內建有火車、船舶、汽車、混合電力汽車等驅動程式。RT-LAB EES是建立在RT-LAB即時、分散式模擬平台之上，主要是可以在PC-cluster上，即時地、利用有效的fixed-step solvers解題器跑 Simulink以及SimPowerSystem 的Blockset。它可以用來做完全數位的模擬，也可以在Simulink下用多種不同的I/O 進行hardware-in-the-loop的應用，然後連接到用來模擬的plant 或是外部硬體的模擬控制器上。利用RT-LAB EES跑電力模型及控制器，每次可低至25μs，精確度高達2-3KHz。
