A4 / Computer Vision and Motion Recognition
陳煥宗 清華大學 資訊工程學系 助理教授
This talk presents an overview of motion recognition problems from a computer vision perspective. The use of Matlab in implementing vision based algorithms to solve motion problems will be described. We will discuss several key components of video and motion analysis. These key components include data acquisition, feature extraction, machine learning, and visualization, which can all be done systematically in Matlab. In addition to video data, depth information becomes easier to acquire owing to newly developed RGBD cameras. Examples of combining RGB and depth information for motion analysis will also be introduced in this talk.
