In modern mixed-signal design, more and more analog simulation results in Virtuoso ADE (Analog Design Environment) needs post-processing for further usage and MATLAB is one of the common tool to handle the post-processing. In this section, a high efficient data analysis method realized by Virtuoso/MATLAB integration will be introduced. With this method, designer can easily leverage the customized function defined in MATLAB to get the post-processing results in Virtuoso ADE directly without any data export/import efforts. This session will begin with an introduction of Virtuoso/MATLAB integration first and then use a real example to demo the flow.
